🔧 CHALLENGES AND SOLUTIONS
#1 Case Study:
Challenge: Ensuring each guest registered for the correct side activity.
Solution: We implemented a streamlined registration process and provided a detailed checklist to ensure participants were prepared for each activity.
#2 Case Study:
Challenge: Preparing for unpredictable weather conditions.
Solution: We developed a comprehensive backup plan in case of rain. Fortunately, we enjoyed incredible sunny and warm weather, with perfect wind conditions for windsurfing.
#3 Case Study:
Challenge: Insufficient startups to pitch to a group of investors.
Solution: We targeted our communication to startup houses, re-promoted the event, and encouraged startup founders to participate. As a result, we selected seven companies to pitch and incorporated agenda changes a few days ahead of the event, including distributing updated program information.
