To maintain a positive attendee experience, we allowed entry to those with non-functioning QR codes and took note of the tickets that didn't work. This ensured a smooth registration process and kept the event running efficiently.

Challenge: Importance of Trusted Service Partners

Solution: Ensuring that welcome drinks, snacks, and popcorn sets were available to all attendees was crucial. Additionally, we needed to coordinate the delivery of gaming machines and an expo car in compliance with City Council regulations. Given the beach café's location on the first line, there was limited time to drive on and off the coastline.
